- Shortly after survey completion, we reach out to respondents in order to confirm logistics and authenticate intent. Intent authentication ensures the highest standards of identity protection.
- Reward is typically dispatched within 1 business day after survey completion, respondent authentication, and intent confirmation.
- A work email ID is mandatory for confirmation purposes.
- Insight Panel expends considerable effort and resources in engaging with, qualifying, and rewarding genuine survey respondents on behalf of sponsors. In the event that you remain non-responsive/ elusive to authentication calls and emails, Insight Panel reserves the right to withhold the respondent’s reward and disqualify elusive respondents from future campaigns.
